Why Agile
There are many benefits to Agile. Below are just a few that we focus on:
- Collaboration: we want you, the customer, to be involved throughout the entire process. With Agile, we can produce results quickly and iteratively. This means multiple design and review sessions throughout the process to ensure requirements are met.
- Responsive: requirements are great, and we'll discuss and document those up front. But taking an agile approach, we can more easily adapt and adjust as needed based on your feedback.
- Results Driven: you want to see results, and we want to deliver to our customers as quickly as possible. Agile methodologies allows this to happen. We can prioritize, and re-prioritize requirements early and often, and working software is produced quickly and iteratively.
